Overview
Cutting through the noise.
Between social media trends and endless product launches, it's easy to end up with a routine that's expensive, irritating and ineffective. Dr. Burris reviews what you're currently using, identifies what's working and what isn't, and explains the science behind each recommendation.
Your plan may include prescription treatments, such as tretinoin, alongside medical-grade products. Many of Dr. Burris's favorites are available in the KB Dermatology shop.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Do I need a prescription retinoid?
Not always, but prescription tretinoin is the most studied anti-aging and acne ingredient available. Dr. Burris will tell you whether it's right for you and how to start without irritation.
Should I bring my products?
Yes. Bring your products or photos of their labels. Reviewing what you already own often saves money.
Can you build a routine for sensitive skin or rosacea?
Absolutely. Fragrance-free, barrier-supportive routines are a specialty, and they are often the key to calming reactive skin.
Do I have to buy products from the shop?
No. Recommendations are always evidence-based, and Dr. Burris will suggest options across a range of price points.
